Accountests recently completed two International Skills & Knowledge Tests for Management and Cost Accountants that will assist employers recruiting accountants into both disciplines with fast, valid and reliable assessments of a candidates core abilities to succeed in each job.
The final step in completing this tests development is to build a norm-group of 100 Cost Accountant test-takers and 100 Management Accountant test-takers, which is where you come in!
If you are willing to spend 30 minutes completing either test, we will send you a comprehensive report on your performance in core activities essential to succeed in the job.
You can use your report as a valuable appendix to your CV, or to illustrate your value to your current employer at pay reviews, or to prospective employers at interview.
These tests will be priced at $200 when launched, but the first 100 people to respond to each test will receive their report free of charge.
